Consumption by BPs

  • Consumables required for next month = (AMC Due +MS due next month) X 1.10
  • Spares required for Next month
    • Consumption X1.30 for A & B items-Closing stock
    • Consumption X1.50 for C items-closing stock
  • Stock of BPs
    • Consumables – only 50% of stock as on25th of the month+ SIT - Audit variance
    • Spares – 100% of the stock as on 25th of the month +SIT - Audit variance

WH stock as on 25th – Audit variance

  • Sum of Item wise BPs / WH stock =100% of demand fulfillment
  • Demand fulfillment % X ind. BPs requirement for each item= Estimated PO qty (rounded of based on package qty and arrive at Final po qty- Package qty defined in master -25 Blocks,50 PF candles etc.)
  • This process ensures unified distribution among BPs for all items based on stocks at WH and PO qty created will be actual dispatch qty

Output Reports

  • PO qty Output in the template required for creating automatic POS- BP wise
  • Pending qty item wise and BP wise
  • Reschedule or Excess qty Item wise and BP wise (Qty>1.5months consumption for A and qty >3 months consumption in case of C to carry reverse logistics
  • Dispatch fulfillment % against planned qty
  • SBU wise inv. value and no. of days

Role of Business Partner

Trade Tectification:

  1. The BP upon receipt of spares basis the survey report from the trade leader, has to depute the BPST to the trade partner & get the DEFECTIVE units rectified & ensure the units are fit for sale.
  2. The BP has to ensure that each part used is properly accounted by passing consumption entry on the customer ID created for this specific activity. Normally a distributor is identified for this purpose.
  3. The BP has to also keep the Defectives safe for return to the WH.
  4. BP will maintain DARs for each case for audit inspection.

Mandatory Service for Consumer Division BPs is similar to that of the Direct division BPs

Installation:

  1. Every BP now is on PSA app that allows auto call flow from retail trade to the Plumber (PST) directly
  2. The plumber upon installation will scan the barcode of the unit before releasing the call from his mobile-app
  3. The PST has to essentially fill the check list as attached for all future records & references
  4. The checklist has to be maintained for both audit & future references

Installation payment plan is as mentioned below:

(1). Installation charges for electric water purifier

(2). In addition to the above, conveyance would be paid as below. The same is paid based on distance and irrespective of model of the water purifier.
