Eureka Forbes Limited has a systematic practice in place to enable access to the systems for all the Business Partners who are new to the system. The procedure followed is mentioned as below:

The Business Partner details from the application form submitted is thoroughly verified for the following details:

  1. Provisional ID received from the service tax department
  2. Password received from the service tax department
  3. Valid E-mail ID
  4. Valid Mobile No
  5. Bank Account No
  6. Bank IFSC Code No
  7. Scanned copy of Service tax registration certificate (file size not exceeding 1MB)
  8. Scanned copy of Photograph of the Business Partner (file size not exceeding 100KB)
  9. Scanned copy of Bank Pass book containing Bank Name, Address, Bank account No., Name of the BP, few transaction details (file size not exceeding 1MB)

After the documents are checked, a code is created in CRM and the same is shared to Leader/ BP applicant.

Then a request is sent to Quinox with a ticket no. created through HCL remedy and also the Business Partner details are attached

Quniox with the details given is expected to do the following:

  1. SLOCATION (Sloc) creation in R3
  2. EV portal user ID/role creation

Quinox completes the process in a week’s time and confirms the same to EFL (both logistics and basis)

The applicant has to apply for GST; only after which SLOC & other related procedures are initiated

Slocation is created by the Material Management team and the Portal ID is created by Basis.

The storage location (Slocation) after being created could be viewed in R3 and CRM

Thereafter 3 things maintained by EFL:

  1. Sloc is checked in R3 and simultaneously plant code is maintained in CRM as well as zefl_bp_location, so that spares can be issued on time
  2. In EV portal, authorisation is given through a user ID to the BP (Eg : 0000016374), so that BP can create technician request and punch in daily activities.
  3. Also at the same time, in the table ZATTNDC_CONFG in CRM attendance and start date is maintained.

Eurosmile

  1. EuroSmile authorization has to be given for the below mentioned:
    1. EuroSmile.in
    2. Mail.eurosmile.in
  2. EuroSmile.in enables the Business Partner to check circulars and latest announcements etc.,
  3. Also, the website has BP helpdesk to facilitate the Business Partner to carry out smooth transactions and also enable self- learning to resolve issues faster
  4. The mail.eurosmile.in has two aspects such as:
    1. A mail ID created for all the regular mails
    2. A premium ID for common communication to be sent across to all the Business Partners from the THQ
