The call rate scheme to Business Partners on service complaint calls, MS calls and OW calls attended will be as per the terms given below:

In addition to the above, conveyance would be paid as below. The same is paid based on distance irrespective of models of water purifier.

1. An additional call amount would be paid as below for HELPLINE / IVR / CRM calls that are resolved on the same day, provided the calls are updated within 24 hours of attending.
2. Whenever Mobile Application is implemented, the call should be updated in mobile application same day from customer’s premises and customer should sign in the Mobile Application with having cell number for having resolved the call
3. Rs. 5/- will be recovered for all service requests attended by Business Partner in case if the same day response time for the month is less than 50% (excluding calls pending for want of spares and updated in SAP)
4. The additional call rate is same for all models (WP, VC & EA) and it would be on PER UNIT BASIS AND NOT ON CONVERTED CALLS

The additional amount would be paid as below based on the MS% achieved

Where mobile application is provided and activity is not done, MS calls will be paid Rs.61/- for UV models, Rs.75/- for R.O models and Rs.107/- for high end WP models

1. The BPOST calls will not be considered in arriving the repeat calls as these calls are done at CRC/other area with one data base
2. MBO and Free Service camp calls attended by BPOSTs only will be paid at full rate irrespective of status (i.e Rs.66/- for UV, Rs.76.50/- for R.O and Rs.112/- for UV+RO)
3. The call charges would be paid a monthly basis as per the scheme on submission of monthly bill along with call report
4. In the event of any dispute, the interpretation of the above scheme, the decision of CEO- Customer Service will be final and binding
5. The company reserves the right to withdraw, alter, delete or add any clause/scheme in the above payment plan at any time it deems fit, at its sole discussion without assigning any reason.

1. The commission is payable on the number of contract points. The contract points for various products/models and period of contract is given in the annexure attached
2. There will be no maximum limit for the number of contract points obtained per month
