Business Partner (BP) Renewal Process

A confirmation mail is sent to the Business Partner (BP) from EFL on successful renewal of the service agreement from time to time with all the other terms and conditions of the original agreement remaining unaltered.

Similar to the application acceptance procedure, the renewal letter has to be signed by the concerned Business Partner as a token of acceptance and has to be sent back to the respective authorities in charge.

Note: A signed copy returned to the company indicates that the Business Partner is showing compliance towards the company’s terms and conditions
