Retention of Franchise Technicians

  1. At the time of induction, EFL would be training the technicians based on the machine population given to Business Partner.
  2. The first batch of technicians would be trained by EFL on free cost basis. Thereafter, retaining the technicians will be the onus of the franchise.
  3. In the event of turnover of the technicians, company would be levying a subsidized charge of Rs.500/- for every new technician trained by EFL.
  4. Further, no technician would be allowed to go on the field until a through training is given by EFL.
  5. The regular retraining done once in six months would continue to be on free cost basis.
  6. Therefore, the Business Partner is requested to involve fully in retaining the technicians at least for a reasonable period.

Also, it is mandatory for the Business Partner to assure that the technician is carrying Photo Identity cards while on field with a photograph, name and signature of the Service Technician

Note: If the service technician resigns or is terminated the Identity card is to be handed over to the Area Service Head or the company. Else, the company has sole rights to take actions against the technician.

Note:

The GST code is printed on each ICR & ICCR state-wise. It is important for the service technician to document the Product code and submit the money collected to the respective Business Partners.

The business partner punches in activity on a daily basis in the portal and bills are further handed over to EFL executive.

The documents are carefully verified by EFL accounts department and the respective payments are approved.
